Offering breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvres and dinner, our dining package offer options ranging from meals in the famed Regency Dining Room, which has been restored to provide a Southern Hospitality atmosphere with sumptuous buffets featuring regional cuisine, and customized banquet dining where you have full control over the menu and food and beverage options.

As part of the Day Meeting Package, a buffet lunch will be included.  The buffet is served in either the Regency Dining Room or a larger function room based on the volume of business for the day and the group attendance.  The Conferee Lunch Buffet includes Chef’s Soup du Jour, an assortment of greens and specialty salads, superb hot entrees, fresh vegetables and a fantastic array of deserts.  Freshly baked breads, coffee and iced tea will also be available. 

Continous Refreshment Service

We also offer a continuous refreshment service that will more than satisfy morning and afternoon cravings for you and your attendees.  The continuous morning service includes coffee, decaffeinated coffee, herbal teas, bottled water, fruit juices and soft drinks.  Such items as fresh whole and sliced fruit, assorted cereals, danishes, croissants, turnovers, muffins and assorted breakfast breads will also be included.

The continuous afternoon service includes such items as whole and sliced fruit, fresh vegetables with dip, cheese and crackers, and an assortment of freshly baked cookies/brownies, bite-size chocolates, assorted nuts and candies.  A selection of beverages including coffee, decaffeinated coffee, herbal teas, bottled water, fruit juices and soft drinks will be offered.

All continuous refreshment service is at a central location within the Conference Center.  We will be happy to arrange a private break in your meeting room.
