The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center will be blooming with bountiful colors, refreshing drinks and fresh ingredients as Executive Chef Stephen DeMarco introduce the new Spring Menus! Our menus present simplistic, sustainable, and high-quality ingredients in an inviting presentation. The menus of The Regency Room, The Pine Room, 1882 Lobby Bar, In-Room Dining and STEAM Coffee + Eatery build upon the Hotel's overall partnership with LEAP (Local Environmental Agricultural Project, Inc.) by sourcing and connecting with the best in regional farming and ranching and offering the finest of Virginia ingredients brought to the table, coupled with an exciting atmosphere that is approachable and convivial.

PROMS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS

From proms and commencements to engagements and awards season, the changing of the seasons brings forth celebrations! To celebrate these special occasions, a renowned restaurant is a must. Celebrate at the historic and award-winning Regency Room or the newly renovated Pine Room! Special menus will be available for both prom and commencement celebrations!

Book Your Holiday Reservations

The historic restaurant is now accepting reservations for St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day celebrations!

Reservations are not available online and must be made in advance of arrival by calling 540.853-8280.
