Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe has created a menu that draws on rustic flavors and seasonal ingredients, bringing bold dishes to the table in generous courses meant to pass, pour, and savor with friends and fellow diners. Each course will be paired with carefully selected meads from Atheling Mead, showcasing the range and complexity of this timeless drink.
