We are honored to welcome Chef Bryn McDaniel of Kind Baking as our featured guest chef for this special collaboration. Known for her passion for seasonal ingredients, handcrafted cuisine, and thoughtful attention to every detail, Chef McDaniel brings her signature artistry and creativity to an elegant five-course dining experience celebrating the flavors of an Italian summer.
Together with The Hotel Roanoke culinary team, Chef McDaniel has curated a menu showcasing the bounty of the season—from delicate zucchini blossoms and heirloom tomatoes to rustic handmade pastas, roasted guinea fowl, and a beautiful olive oil cake featuring fresh summer fruit. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines selected to complement and elevate the vibrant flavors of Tuscany.
