Janet, I wanted to share my sincere gratitude to you and Chef Michael for everything you did to make our wedding so special. His dedication and attention to detail were truly exceptional.

We were especially impressed by the care that went into preparing our Pakistani menu. From blending spices from scratch to incorporating saffron into the biryani, every element reflected a genuine commitment to authenticity. During our tasting, Chef Michael even prepared two versions of the biryani—one with pre-packaged spices and one with his own blend—which spoke volumes about his passion and craftsmanship. Knowing the broth was made from scratch and the goat simmered for hours made the experience even more meaningful.

The naan, made entirely in-house, was a highlight, along with the paneer dishes, which were beautifully balanced and full of authentic flavor. Our guests continued to rave about the food throughout the evening.

Janet, your support throughout the planning process meant everything. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, allowing us to truly enjoy the experience and focus on celebrating with our family and friends.

Basit and I are even planning to return to Hotel Roanoke to celebrate our first anniversary, which speaks to how special this experience was for us.
